If you are unable to log in to your account using your username and password, do the following:
- Password reset
Reset your password by going to How To Reset My Password and follow the instructions. - Contact Support for extra assistance
If you run into the issue of not being able to reset your password, you will need to contact the support team. You will need to provide the email address associated with the hacked account, username, and date when you accessed the account last. - Help with compromised accounts

Has my account been compromised?
- Noticing unexpected posts coming from your account.
- Unintended Direct Messages sent from your account.
- Received a notification from us stating that your account could be compromised
- Noticed account changes you didn’t approve or make (unfollowing, following, or blocking).
- Your password is not working, and you need to reset it.
If you are in any of the situations above, here’s what to do next:
- Password reset
Reset your password by going to How To Reset My Password and follow the instructions. - Force sign out of all iOS and Android applications
- To log the account out of these apps, sign in online and visit Apps in Settings.
- Revoke access and your account will be logged out of all devices. - Secure your email
- Change or update your current email password to make sure only you have access to it.
- Change the email address associated with your account by going to Settings, click on Edit profile, Under Basic Info, scroll down and go to Email.
