How do I change or reset my it’s game time password?

Change Your Password

To change your password if you’re already logged in:

1. Click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner of the site
2. Select Accounts Settings from the drop-down menu. 
3. On the left-hand side, a General Information tab will be displayed.
4. Click on the first option, Change Password.
5. Enter the Old Password
6. Then proceed to enter the New Password.
7. Enter the chosen password once again in the Confirm Password space.
8. To finish and confirm the new password, click on the blue Confirm Password button at the bottom.

If you’re logged in but forgot your password, follow the steps for Change Your Password and then click on Forgot Your Password. Proceed to follow the steps here to reset it. You will need access to the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Reset Your Password

To reset a password when you’re not logged in to It’s Game Time:

1. Go to https://staging.itsgametime.com/login
2. Click on the Forgot Password? option on the top right corner of the site.
3. Select how you want to find your account, either by Phone Number or Email Address.
4. Continue and enter the Phone Number or Email Address associated with your account. 
5. Click on the Search blue button to find your account. 
6. A Security Code will be sent to that Phone Number or Email Address to retrieve access to your account and choose a new password. 
7. Enter the Code and then click Continue to finalize the process.
